Processing

Traditional artisanal extraction. Kernels are pounded, roasted, ground and kneaded to a paste, then heated in water so the oils separate. The oil is skimmed and cooled. No solvents, no bleaching, no deodorising.

Mango Kernel Oil

Mangifera indica · West Africa

Cold-pressed kernel oil. Oxidatively stable and lightly buttery, with a stearic and oleic profile close to shea but a cleaner sensory.

Processing

Cold-pressed from the kernel, then filtered. Unrefined, so the natural colour and faint characteristic odour remain.
