Dried fruit

Dried tropical fruit for snack, cereal, bakery and confectionery producers. Africa supplies most of the natural dried mango sold in Europe, and West Africa leads for dried pineapple too — so we start with the two fruits where the region is the reference origin, not an alternative to it.

Dried fruit is sold as food. The specification of each lot is agreed against the EU contaminant limits (Regulation (EU) 2023/915), including ochratoxin A. Ask for the lot documentation with your quote.
